If I have registered a vehicle for the show, what time do I need to be at the show to find my set space and get set up?

Pre-registered cars should be through registration between 6:30am to 7:30am. After 7:30am, pre-registrations are not guaranteed a spot. From 7:30am to 9:30am it is first come, first served until we are at capacity or 9:30am, whichever comes first. The show opens to the public at 10am. There will be staff on hand to direct you.
If I registered a vehicle for show, do I need to be there for the entire show, or could I leave early if needed?

The show goes from 10am to 4pm. Once everyone is in place and the crowd gathers, it can be a challenge to drive out of the show with pedestrians enjoying the show. You should plan to be there till 4pm.
If I am a sponsor, how will I find out where to set up and what am I required to bring on the event day?

Sponsors should show up for 9am for set up. At the entry points there will be staff on hand to direct you where to set up. You can bring any promo items, company information and alike to share with guests at the vendor area. This is an opportunity to showcase your business!
If I am just visiting for the show is there an entrance fee?

There is NO entry fee for guests of the show.
If I am visiting for the show, where can I park?

The show will have blocked off roads where vehicles will be featured in and around Antique Row. You would need to find street parking around the car show area.
Are pets allowed at the show?

Yes! Please be sure they are on a leash
Will there be bathrooms available?

Yes, there will be porta potties set up at various points at the car show
How can I be kept aware of any updates or changes leading up to the event?

You can check our website at www.kensingtoncarshow.com and you can also opt into our text marketing updated by texting KENSCARSHOW to 85100.
What happens if there is inclement weather?

We certainly hope for a great weather day and have been very fortunate so far! We have a rain date of Sunday, May 5th in the event that Saturday the 4th is inclement weather. We watch it very carefully and will communicate on our website, social media and direct email/text blast if you have opted-in for messaging.
How do I opt in for messaging and updates?

Awesome! Open up a new text message on your phone. In the field that you normally would type in the number to send the text to, type in 85100. In the field you would type your message, simply type in kenscarshow. Upper or lower case doesn't matter. You will get a message to opt-in. Be sure to then accept it.
Will there be food & beverages at the show for purchase?

Yes! Every year we select food truck vendors that have a great reputation and that can offer our show attendees a variety of items to choose from. They are all set up in one area that is cleary marked so you see all of them in one area toward the end of the show on Howard Ave.
Are alcoholic beverages available?

We have a Beer Garden set-up and may have other vendors that offer alcoholic beverages. These are set up in a designated areas that are partioned off and monitored. These beverages must be consumed in these areas, no exceptions.
